Request a New Account
Please print and fill out a BX Account Request Form and return it to 507 Wartik Lab.
A web-based form allowing PSU Access Account holder to request a BX account is under development.

The only officially supported method for changing passwords is to use the following URL
http://admin.bx.psu.edu/password/
From the command line
If you are on one of our systems and the command exists:
/usr/heimdal/bin/kpasswd

Password Reset
There is no way for the system administrators to retrieve your current password. To have your BX password reset to a new, known password, please email admin-at-bx.psu.edu
