Please print and fill out a File:BXAccountRequestForm.pdf and return it to 507 Wartik Lab.

A web-based form allowing PSU Access Account holder to request a BX account is under development.

Password Reset

There is no way for the system administrators to retrieve your current password. To have your BX password reset to a new, known password, please email admin-at-bx.psu.edu
