User cleanup

linne to BX mappings

• uids in parens in the bx_uid column indicate what the linne_uidnumber maps to in the BX realm. The linne_uidnumber would need to be changed in order to avoid a collision.
• in the case of a name mismatch, the linne_uid would be changed to match what is in BX
