Cost
| €100 | On or before 24 April |
| €120 | After April 24 |
Registration covers both days of the meeting, catered lunches, coffee breaks, WiFi access, and the conference dinner on 25 May.

Cancellation
| Cancel before 1 May, 2011: | 100% refund, minus processing fees. |
| Cancel before 10 May, 2011: | 50% refund, minus processing fees. |
Cancellation processing fees will be approximately €6 + 3.9% of the total (registration + hotel)
